Stall operator Vishnu Sahu said that he has been selling chaat and phuchka for 20 years. Initially, he used to serve Tikia Chaat for just Rs 2 and Samosa Chaat for Rs 3. Currently I am selling samosa chaat for Rs 10. Due to high demand for Samosa Chaat, I have stopped selling Tikia Chaat. Presently I am selling only samosa chaat. At our place, I prepare chaat by mixing chickpeas, cumin, coriander, golki, chilli, black salt, coriander leaves etc. Then, I add sour and sweet special chutney prepared by myself, tamarind water, curd, onion, papdi etc. on top and serve it to the people in Sakhua Dona. Along with this, I give 5 pieces for just Rs 10. I do not compromise with the taste. That is why even today many old customers come to our place.
Have been running chaat stall for 20 years
I open my shop from 1 pm to 7:30 pm. By the time the shop is closed, almost all the items are sold. I also take orders on other occasions like weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, ring ceremonies etc. At the same time, customer Rahul who came to eat at the shop said that he liked the chaat and phuchka here. feels good. That’s why we come here to eat regularly. Complete care is taken of cleanliness here and it is served in pure Sakhua dona.
